Rosie's Glow Up
After running an in-home bakery for years, we purchased our food truck in 2020. Over the course of the last 5 years we've put in blood, sweat, and tears to bring our vision to life. While she is currently still a work in progress (aren't we all?) we're happy to share the steps we've taken along our journey!

01
Getting The Truck
When we brought Rosie home, she was set up as a mobile boutique! While gorgeous, it wasn't exactly our vision. Every project begins somewhere!
02
Tear Down
We began with gutting the interior to turn Rosie into the mobile bakery she was meant to be. We started with updating the flooring and re-doing the walls.

03
Rinse & Repeat
Re-doing the walls and floors was one heck of a project!
04
Window Install
A food truck deserves a service window! It was terrifying to just cut a hole in the side of a vehicle. Talk about going against all of your instincts.

05
Fancy Sink
A triple compartment sink for rinsing, washing, and sanitizing.
06
Window Framing
You know, not the most exciting thing, but necessary for distributing delicious desserts!

07
Rinse & Repeat
Insulation install. Not fun. 0/10. The roof of the truck is arched, and our boards were flat. I still itch when I think about it.
08
Finally Paint!
I skipped quite a bit. Between insulation, different serving equipment, and other odds and ends the interior and mechanical side of the truck was finally about there. Now the fun part, decorating this massive canvas! We have the base down, and we're adding the final flourishes. We can't wait to see you at our next event!
